The World Bank Office of Suspension and Debarment (OSD) is pleased to announce the launch event for the Global Suspension and Debarment Directory 2025. The event will take place on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at the George Washington University Law School’s Moot Court Room & Lounge (2000 H Street, NW).
The Global Suspension and Debarment Directory 2025 is a collaborative, consultative resource on global exclusion systems. It contains information collected and edited by staff of OSD, together with partners from the Inter-American Development Bank, the George Washington University Law School, and the International Bar Association’s Anti-Corruption Committee. It compiles comprehensive data and analysis on how jurisdictions worldwide employ suspension, debarment, and exclusion mechanisms to safeguard public funds.
The event program will celebrate the launch of the Directory and feature two panel discussions aimed at promoting comparative dialogue and sharing best practices in global exclusion systems.

Panel 2: Regional Perspectives on Exclusion—Comparative Insights from Around the World
